Our 3D foot scanner captures a precise digital model of your foot in seconds, while our pressure mat measures your balance and gait, giving clear, visual proof of exactly why an orthotic is needed.
Our in-house 3D printer then produces your custom orthotics on-site, a single orthotic in around 1 hour, or a full pair in around 2 hours. This process previously had to be sent externally and could take a couple of weeks. Now, assessment, design, and fabrication all happen right here, helping us address discomfort before it worsens. These devices improve alignment, reduce strain, and prevent further issues, making them ideal for flat feet, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, or overpronation.
